Ginger Molasses Bliss Balls (raw, vegan, gluten free, paleo)

These fudgy balls consist of some of my favorite winter spices. I love the sweet and pungent flavors of Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, and Molasses all mixed together. One of my favorite ways to end the day is to munch on a delicious snack with a cup of hot herbal tea.

These bliss balls are raw and homemade. You can enjoy these as part of your breakfast, with tea, or as an energy snack.

Try it

-2 cups plain almonds

-8 Medjool Dates (about 3/4 cups)

-1/2 tablespoon Molasses syrup

-1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger

-1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

-1/4 teaspoon sea salt

-CLEAN HANDS

Process everything in the food processor until a dough forms. Unplug the processor and roll the dough into balls or any shape. I topped these bliss balls off with a dash of Coconut Sugar.
