About VIBRANTE

Welcome to my new page! I decided to create a new blog that is more simple looking and to finally use a real and easy to find blog name.

My whole name is Alejandra, but I go by Ally to make your life much easier. I was born in Lima, Peru, and I’m currently developing my life in Northern California. I became a certified Raw Food chef from the wonderful Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in 2011. I am on a path of finding truth in health. I left behind a path of heavy partying and feeling lost within myself. These past few years have been the best years of my life as I’ve been learning about myself, coming across many inspirational people, connecting with people who bring me so much positivity into life, having passion, feeling more connected to my surroundings, being physically active, and most importantly, discovering how nature & natural REAL foods bring vibrant health. This is what I want to share with you.

I have a deep passion for bringing awareness to others about how industrialized food has a big negative impact on our health, how real food aids in healing and enhances life, and how to make delicious recipes out of all natural foods that will not leave you feeling like a hot mess, but more like a million bucks.

It just amazes me how food affects us. In my younger years I was never aware of this. I’m very grateful for the knowledge I have now and the health I have gained. No way do I want to go back to how I mindlessly ate.

My page Vibrante, meaning vibrant in Spanish, is about taking your health and well-being to the next level. It is about giving your body good nourishment, feeling well and light deep within, having a clear & creative functioning mind, gaining new profound energy, a painless body, planting positive thoughts & goals, & enabling us to live more. Rid your body of toxins, give it the fuel it’s meant to have, and you can become a Vibrante being, or more vibrante than what you already are ;)

Thanks for stopping by and I hope to connect with you!
